Ken Morrell has worked full-time in the property assessment field since 1982, first with the Metropolitan Nashville-Davidson County Assessor of Property, then for the majority of his career with the Tennessee Comptroller of the Treasury in the Division of Property Assessments. His work experience includes CAMA systems development and management, PC application development, personal property assessment, legislative support and special projects. His GIS experience includes application development using Avenue, MapObjects, ArcGIS Runtime and ArcGIS JavaScript as well as scripting using Python and Model Builder. He has been an integral part in integrating GIS and CAMA at the state level in Tennessee.
