Serving as Assessor since 2001, Conrad has taken the Lafayette Parish Assessor's office from manual typewriters, dummy terminals and no maps into the digital age at high speed. Currently, his office has migrated the mapping to ESRI's parcel fabric and ARCGIS Online. Conrad has also opened his mapping to the public and made CAMA data more accessible.
He is constantly looking for new and creative methods for conducting business more efficiently and economically.
