Bryan is the Director of the Tennessee Comptroller’s Division of Property Assessments. Bryan's division provides training, support, and oversight to the county assessors of property in Tennessee.  The division utilizes geographic information systems to support assessors and other local officials as well.  Bryan holds an AAS designation with IAAO as well as an MBA from the University of Tennessee.
