This session will explore ways that two large jurisdictions solve modeling and valuation concerns.  One jurisdiction will discuss the way they include revaluation based on an MRA model, ultimately creating more efficient workflow processes.  The other jurisdiction will share the method they use to determine sub-market boundaries.
