Cost Valuation vs Model Valuation Using GIS

This session includes information about cost modeling and valuation models using GIS block face centroids.  By analyzing various building cost structures, one of the presenters will discuss the development of a potentially more accurate approach to the cost value. The other presenter will emphasize the use of block face centroids in GIS as an alternative to individual lot center points to create location adjustments.
