Bryan is the Assistant Director of Systems and Administration in the Tennessee Comptroller’s Division of Property Assessments and Office of Local Government. Bryan oversees Tennessee’s Integrated Multi-Processing of Administrative and CAMA Technology (IMPACT) system and has responsibilities related to GIS technologies and administrative functions. Bryan holds an AAS designation with IAAO as well as an MBA from the University of Tennessee.
