Daniel J. Fasteen, Ph.D. is the CAMA and Systems Manager for the Dakota County (Minnesota) Assessor’s Office. Dan has been in the Assessment profession since 2010 where his concentrations include GIS/CAMA mass valuation modeling, integration of GIS and CAMA technology, as well as technology adoption in professional work environments. Dan has a Master’s degree in Geography and a Ph.D. in Research Methodologies and Applied Statistics, both from the University of North Dakota. Dan is currently the IAAO research Subcommittee Chair.
