Benjamin R. Sellers, MAI is with Sellers & Associates, a real estate valuation and advisory firm who provides a diverse range of services, to corporations, governments, institutions, law firms, and private clients. Mr. Sellers graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2003 with a BBA in Finance and in 2006 from Texas A&M University with a Master’s degree in Land Economics and Real Estate. He earned his MAI designation in 2014 and currently serves as Vice Chair of the Appraisal Institutes National Education Committee. He has experience in property tax appeal valuations for both property owners and assessors.
